2021 brought further challenges, with significant personal losses that tested my resilience. However, these hardships only deepened my resolve to move forward. By the end of 2021, Mighty Sam had grown significantly. We upgraded to state-of-the-art equipment, adopted professional uniforms, secured comprehensive insurance, and acquired reliable service vehicles.
